Cauliflower Cream Soup with Peanut Oil

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 400gr.
Parsnip 56gr.
Yellow potatoes 410gr.
Salt 2tsp
Peanut oil 3tbs
Water 3 ½ cup

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes. Steam the parsnip and the cauliflower. Combine the veggies in a blender while hot with, water, salt and Peanut oil. Use boiled potatoes water. Blend to creamy liquid.
