Kamut with Sesame in mini quiche tart mold

Ingredients:

Kamut 1/2cup
White Quinoa 1/4cup
Sesame 1tbs
Coconut oil 1tbs
Salt 1/4tsp
Cheese “Parmesan” 70gr.

Preparation:

Set a water* water to boil. Than add the Kamut and the salt. Set a water** to boil. Than add the quinoa.
Heat up a small pan. Reduce the heat to medium and pop the sesame to gold.
Shred the “Parmesan” cheese.
Mix the Kamut, quinoa, coconut oil and the sesame while hot.

Preheat he oven at 200C.
Divide equally the mixture in to mini quiche molds. Spread the cheese to cover.

Bake for approximately 15min., till cheese turns slightly gold.
