Pea cream soup

Ingredients:
Dried green pea 1cup
Pumpkin seed Tahini 1tbs
Ghee 1tbs
Salt 1tsp

Preparation:

Soak the dried pea for at least 12 hours. Set a water* to boil than add the salt and the pea. Leave it to boil on a medium to low heat for approximately 1 hour till pea gets creamy on taste. Remove it from heat. Mix Tahini and Ghee in a separate bowl.
Start blending the pea while adding the Tahini/Ghee emulsion slowly. Blend till you get homogeneous creamy mixture.

Can be consumed as a cold summer soup too.

*Water volume: follow cooking instruction on the pea packing.
