Hearts of Palm

Hearts of palm are rich in fiber, potassium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, copper, vitamins B2, B6, and C* and is good for your digestion. A bowl hearts of palm will provide 14% of your daily fibers. It can be cooked as salad, soup, rice, lasagna etc.

French are the biggest consumer of hearts of palm. In 2014 France has imported 13.448 tons of Hearts of palm .
